**About Us**
B Safe International is a well-established safety consultancy firm providing nationwide services across major infrastructure and construction projects. With a strong reputation in delivering practical safety solutions, we are expanding our Sydney-based team and seeking an experienced **Safety Coordinator** to support ongoing industry projects.

This is a **6-day per week role** due to the nature of our client operations, offering valuable hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Review and assess contractor safety documentation, including Safety Management Plans and SWMS
- Perform site inductions and ensure accurate record keeping
- Conduct regular site inspections, reporting findings and managing close-out actions
- Coordinate with external parties to facilitate permits to work and access work areas

**About You**
To be successful in this role, you will bring:

- Minimum **Cert IV in Work Health and Safety** (WHS); tertiary qualifications preferred
- Sound understanding of WHS legislation, Australian Standards, and relevant Codes of Practice
- At least **3 years’ experience** in a similar role, ideally within construction or other high-risk industries
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a practical, hands-on approach
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple site priorities

**Additional Details**
- Contract duration: 3 months with possible extension
- Immediate start available
- On-the-job training provided
- Work Location: Sydney and surrounding suburbs
- Work Schedule: Up to 55 hours/week (6 days)

**Work Authorisation**: Must have full working rights in Australia
