**About the Project**:
John Holland are delighted to have been selected to deliver the M7 - M12 Interchange, which includes widening the M7 between the M5 at Prestons and Richmond Rd at Oakhurst, and building a new interchange between the M7 and M12 and an upgrade to Elizabeth Drive to connect it to the M12.

We are currently sourcing multiple positions for Civil Supervisors, covering disciplines such as Utilities, Drainage, Pavements, Roadworks, and Structures. With 5 key zones encompassing all disciplines, these roles will report into a Area Superintendent. Key responsibilities will include:
**Your Role**:

- Supervision of works crews and subcontractors
- OHS compliance and risk management on site
- Coordination of plant and labour as per construction program
- Influence the management of project budgets for allocated scope
- Coordination and safe operation of logístical tasks
- Mentor leading hands and junior staff

**About You**:

- Several years experience in supervision roles on complex infrastructure projects
- Excellent safety and risk management awareness for site activities
- A team player mindset with safety as a core value
- Good communication skills
