Our client is a national not for profit organisation that delivers support and training solutions through federal government funded programs and fund raising. In addition to other services, the organisation has a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) that provides support to all Australians experiencing mental health and emotional issues.

**About the opportunity**:
This is an exciting opportunity for an RTO Compliance Coordinator/Officer to assist the RTO Compliance Lead during the execution of their RTO re-registration project.

In this role you will be involved in helping with self-assessment activities, internal audits and standardising processes. In addition to reviewing processes and looking at creating remedial actions. Communicating any remedial action to the teams and identify any further non-compliance issues. Working across teams, it is imperative to have excellent communication, time management and stakeholder management experience.

The role is based in the Sydney CBD (2 days a week) and there will be ongoing flexibility to work from home and in the office. The salary on offer is competitive and includes tax-free salary packaging options.

**To be successful you should have**:

- Previous compliance experience within a domestic RTO
- Awareness of Mental Health issues
- Strong time-management, influencing and communication skills including the ability to be flexible in priorities, multi-tasks, and work pressure in a high-volume work environment
- A Diploma in Auditing, and/or experience in community services courses would be highly regarded, but not essential
