Reporting directly to the Director, the
**RTO Manager **will be responsible for driving the sales and overall development of the division, overseeing the day to day aspects of our current training programs, focusing on existing products as well as adding new products and overseeing the regulatory requirements of the RTO division.

**Day to day duties of the role will include**:

- Management and leadership of the RTO division, including staff and trainer management;
- Liaise with current and existing key stakeholders in order to drive product sales;
- Oversee the development and delivery of all products in line with market requirements;
- Prepare and submit tenders;
- Oversee quality management, compliance and liaise with ASQA.

**Experience and knowledge required**:

- Ideally at least 5 years’ experience in a similar management / Sales / BDM role within an RTO;
- Tertiary qualifications (Desirable);
- Strength in Sales and Business Development;
- Strategic development skills;
- Intermediate to advanced PC skills;
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal;
- Excellent time management and organisational skills;
- The ability to communication with a range of key stakeholders and drive the growth of the division.
