**Overview of the role**
This is an exciting opportunity to challenge yourself and make the change from your current routine role.
- Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analysing account information.
- Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
- Summarises current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
- Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.
- Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending Policies and Procedures.
- Timely and accurate processing of end-to-end payroll including salary packaging, leave management and superannuation, responding to staff wage and salary queries, process and paying employees' Superannuation.
- Accounts Payable, process accounts payable in Xero, and maintain archiving accounts. Accounts Receivables, raise & process invoices as requested, and bank reconciliation.
- Preparation of BAS and superannuation statements, credit card, and employee expense reimbursement.
- Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analysing, and summarising account information and trends.
- Process of the company's full-function account processes including accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and collection of accounts.

**Skills and Experience**
- Minimum one year experience in accounts required.
