**About the Role**
Ventia are seeking a Subcontractor Coordinator to join our South Australian team.
Reporting into the National Subcontracts Manager - Defence Base Services, you will effectively coordinate the full subcontract lifecycle (end to end). From contract development and establishment, on-going performance, monitoring/management and administrative tasks in support of the operations delivery teams and to ensure that Ventia meets its contractual obligations to the Defence Base Services Contract, and other clients as required.

**Key Duties & Responsibilities, include but are not limited to**:

- Collaborate and build subcontractor relationships including taking part in operational and safety forums.
- Responsible for subcontractor compliance and on time performance meetings.
- Provide support to Operations and Procurement teams in the development and negotiation of contracts for services, incorporating pricing and SOW elements.
- An audit program is established, implemented, and managed, incorporating responsibility for corrective actions and business improvement initiatives.
- Develop and contribute to the evaluation of proposals in relation to contract management that reduce costs, maximise revenue, improve EVA, increase EBITA, improve quality and increase productivity etc.
- Financial and cost management of subcontract activities is conducted in accordance with head contract requirements.

**About You**
To be successful in this role you will be driven, a great communicator and have the ability to work autonomously and self-manage work priorities.
- Demonstrated experience in collaborative and constructive processes at a professional level.
- Knowledge of construction/facilities management, project and program control principles and practices.

Must be eligible to hold a Baseline Defence Security Clearance. As a result of this requirement the applicant must be an Australian Citizen.
