**Pinpoint Talents' partnering Federal Government client has an amazing 12 month contract with extension option opportunity for a Project professional looking for their next career opportunity.**

The Project Coordinator is accountable under limited direction to perform complex work to provide oversight over the Agency’s Cyber Solutions team engagements to ensure that work completed by the team is appropriately managed and engagements are successful.

This will include coordinating cyber security projects in a multi-vendor environment, creating and managing integrated project schedules that align dependencies and deliverables, track progress and minimise project risk.

The Project Coordinator has a sufficient level of technical knowledge to understand technical discussions and directions in order to communicate information to required stakeholders, some of which may be non-technical.

**Duties**
**Include**:

- Provide a range of administration, project, program, support services to facilitate the delivery of outcomes within the Branch.
- Define, plan, and execute the plans to achieve and maintain security certification requirements for the Agency. Collaborate with and manage the deliverables across the Cyber Solutions team for cyber security architects, risk leads and assurance and compliance leads.
- Research, anticipate and analyse activities to identify business needs, particularly those that may be conflicting. Manage and negotiate resolutions to complex or sensitive issues or use judgement to escalate.
- Manage the delivery of cyber security work packages for Agency projects including security requirements definition, integrating security testing schedules, aligning dependencies and tracking progress.
- Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project(s), operations, work area and agency goals; anticipating and responding to their needs and expectations ensuring stakeholder expectations are clearly articulated, documented and understood by the project delivery team
- Coordinate and provide support to monitor, track and report on the status of project, program deliverables to ensure schedules, cost and quality metrics are in line with approved project plans.

**What We Need From You**:

- Minimum of four years of experience in project coordination/management.
- Experience in or knowledge of Cyber Security desirable but not essential.
- Qualifications in project management are desired but not essential.
