Airlock Digital are seeking to appoint a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Partner on a 6-month fixed term contract to own the end-to-end recruitment process and deliver an exceptional employee onboarding experience. This role can be either a hybrid position based at the Adelaide office, or a fully remote role, based anywhere in Australia.
Through strategic vision and best practice, the Talent Acquisition Partner will have a major impact on the success of Airlock Digital’s global expansion.
**Reporting to the HR Business Partner, the key responsibilities of this position include**:
- Utilise contemporary sourcing and selection strategies to access the best global talent in the market
- Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process globally
- Ensure recruitment processes meet business needs and identify recommendations to achieve continuous improvement
- Work with marketing and HR to design and implement strategies to build Airlock Digital’s employer brand
- Create and nurture talent pipelines for future opportunities
**Key requirements**:
- Previous experience in a similar role, with a focus on talent sourcing
- Experience working with, or an understanding of, global talent markets (with a particular focus on the United States)
