**What will your typical week look like?**
You will provide support and complete administrative tasks for the team, as well as supporting the reception duties in our office, ensuring they are delivered effectively and efficiently; ensuring a high level of customer care and a people-centric approach.
**Responsibilities include**
- Complete tasks in their local office or designated region to ensure completion of tasks, within required timelines
- Ensure all client related tasks in their local office or designated region are completed in accordance within internal and external service standards
- General administration duties including lodging tax returns, managing ATO correspondence and ordering supplies.
- Organise in and outgoing mail, banking, scanning and document collation.
- Providing outstanding service levels to clients and staff
- Communicate effectively and provide support to advisers, partners and the business services team.
- Be an active contributor to the Client Services team as well as our greater region when required.
- Provide Reception relief support regularly, as required.

**Let’s talk about you**
- 1 Year of Administration/Customer Service experience (desirable, but not essential)
- Professional approach, attitude and presentation
- Great time management
- Well organised with the ability to multi-task and adaptable to change
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and follow instructions and work autonomously without supervision when required
- Attention to detail, follow through and accuracy when completing work
- Possess strong communication skills both verbal and written and confidence when dealing with our clients.
- Be competent in Microsoft suite, including Outlook, Teams, Word and some excel.
