**Billings Coordinator**
**ARH Sinnamon Park**
**We have a brand-new opportunity for an Accounts and Billings Coordinator at ARH Brisbane. This position is a new role in our rapidly growing hospital and will have primary responsibility for client account administration and billings. The role will also include client care, administration, and operational support duties where required and directed to support the overall functions of the hospital.**

We enjoy natural camaraderie, social celebrations, and lots of special treats, and our full-time administrative team members have an RDO weekly or fortnightly, with generally no weekend work.
**The role**
This new role will be the primary contact and coordination for all client account administration, providing functions that ensure appropriate levels of service for all clients, ensuring best practice client accounts processes and procedures are followed, and developing, implementing and supporting excellent billings processes undertaken by clinicians.
Specific duties of the role include, but are not exclusive to:
- Client account administration, billings coordination, and reporting, including effective bad debt management, management of Insurance claims and disputes, gap payments, and finance payments
- Client Care team support - primary responsibility for accounts, Insurance, finance payments, bad debts, POS as required
- Administration and operational support as required and directed, including reception, CRM coordination and Rx works support and training where appropriate
**About you**
You are organised, efficient, adaptable, enthusiastic and an excellent communicator. You are skilled at multi-tasking, and comfortable working in a fast-paced role. You love working in an upbeat team environment and enjoy some light-hearted banter.
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a veterinary clinic/hospital as a nurse, technologist or receptionist
- A demonstrated ability to handle highly sensitive issues with a calm and measured approach, and to de-escalate situations calmly and effectively, both over the phone and face to face
- Resilience and a positive attitude to work in general and to facing specific challenges
**Desirable Attributes**
- Certificate IV in veterinary nursing and/or BAppSc (Veterinary Technology) degree or equivalent
- Experience in the referral or emergency sector of the veterinary industry
