As a key point of contact for our patients, you will manage patient flow, appointments, and provide general administrative support within a medical setting.

Responsibilities will include:

- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and assist patients with any inquiries.
- Maintain patient records
- Process billing and payments
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow throughout the day
- Ability to multitask, stay organised, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift

**Experience**:

- Medical receptionist: 1 year (required)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
