**About the role**:
We are seeking a dedicated, proactive and self-motivated Member Relations Officer to join our growing Life Insurance team.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the efficient account management, service and administration for an existing book of policy holders.
**Key responsibilities include**:

- Making outbound calls to policyholders regarding renewals, missed payments, retention and upgrades to existing policies.
- Providing inbound call coverage and sales support during peak periods.
- Assisting with Compliance and reporting for the Life Insurance team.

**Experience and qualifications required**:

- Experience in customer service or account management within the Life Insurance or Financial Service industry is required.
- RG146 general knowledge advantageous.
- Experience in sales or retention is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and concisely.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools.
