To support our growing client base, we are currently expanding our Employment Relations team in Perth.
**About the role**
This role offers you the rare opportunity to make your mark at one of Australia’s most progressive companies. As an Employment Relations Advisor, your contribution will be critical to the success of Employsure and the success of our clients’ businesses.
First, you’ll receive extensive training to fast-track your status as an Employment Relations expert. Then you’ll enjoy immediate responsibility, giving advice and acting as someone to turn to when small business owners experience difficulties with a range of workplace issues.
**What will your day look like?**
With over 30,000 unique clients relying on your knowledge, no two days will be the same. However, typical responsibilities include:
- Making complicated legislation beautifully simple, clearly explaining workplace regulations and providing practical recommendations about what clients should do to protect their business.
- ‘Delighting and delivering’ by meeting individual and team targets for customer satisfaction, productivity and quality assurance.
**Your story so far**
The perfect fit for this role will have:
- At least 12-18 months of experience in a similar role (such as an HR advisor).
- A strong understanding and working knowledge of the Modern Awards system, National Employment Standards, and other employer-related legislation.
- Prior experience handling employment matters such as disciplinary action, restructuring and performance management.
- Formal qualifications in HR and IR are also highly regarded.
