**The Client**

Our client is a well-known financial organisation, based in Sydney CBD who have recently gone through a large change. They are looking for an IR specialist to join their dynamic and collaborative HR team, on an interim basis, for approximately 6-8 weeks. Please note this role is also part-time, 3 days a week.

**The Role**

Reporting into the Head of People Operations you will assist with the merging of several organisations into one. A large aspect of this role will involve ensuring the alignment of all employee contracts across the business. As well as managing a range of employee relations and industrial relation queries you will support with the development of polices and procedures, related to employee relation issues, to ensure standardisation across the organisation.
