PWR (Paull & Warner Resources) provide the various sectors with a comprehensive range of products which encapsulates the “First Response” industry, including fire suppression, emergency response vehicles, rescue equipment, emergency response training and personnel hire.

We currently have an exciting, redesigned role for a
**Accreditation and Compliance Specialist**

Partnering closely with the senior management group you will play a key role in advising and ensuring robust risk and compliance practices are in place, to development, maintain and ensure continual improvement of PWR’s ISO certified Integrated Management Systems (IMS) and document management systems.

Duties will include but are not limited to:
**Compliance**
- Contribute towards the development and integration of Risk and Compliance frameworks including all associated policies, tools, governance frameworks and monitoring reports ensuring alignment with strategic business priorities.
- Collaborating with teams to implement effective quality and compliance programs, ensuring robust governance adherence.
- Monitoring, reviewing and reporting on compliance and strategic, business unit risks. and carry out corrective actions where needed.
- Providing guidance and training on relevant policies and procedures.
- Support and coordinate monitoring activities to ensure compliance with applicable legal, ethical, and regulatory standards.

**Audit**
- Maintain and improve the company’s ISO standards programs and ensure ongoing external ISO certification (Quality, Health & Safety, Environment, and Environment)
- Reviewing and analyzing audit results to identify areas for improvement and recommending corrective actions to management.
- Communicating audit results and recommendations to site management and other relevant stakeholders.
- Supporting teams to resolve non-conformities and deviations identified during audits.

The ideal applicant will be able to demonstrate the following attributes:

- Robust experience with risk and compliance management, frameworks, operational & safety procedures and practices. (ISO
- knowledge valuable)
- Relevant tertiary-level education
- Ability to proactively identify, plan and execute relevant improvement initiatives.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work across multiple divisions and disciplines.
