**Job Information**:
As Fleet Coordinator for Tru Fleet you will be responsible for playing a pivotal role in ensuring our customers’ needs are being met to a high level, and that the accuracy of all online systems is being maintained. You will support and drive business revenue goals by managing and servicing existing customer needs as well as prospecting for new opportunities, while providing exceptional customer service, achieving, and maintaining customer loyalty and advocacy.

**Responsibilities**:

- Process hire, off hires, transfers and exchanges of vehicles
- Assisting with the assessment, and pursuit of new business opportunities
- Manage records to ensure compliance is met and maintained
- Provide quotations to customers based on their requirements
- Managing Fleet quality, demand, utilisation and optimisation
- Aiding in sourcing, maintenance and repair outcomes
- Engaging in early-stage contractual negotiations and discussions
- Coordinating the order of vehicles, deliveries, and pick ups
- Manage and Maintain CRM
- Adhoc administration duties
- Previous motor industry experience (highly desirable)
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook knowledge
- High level of initiative and creative problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritise and manage own workflow
- Hands on and proactive
- Friendly and energetic disposition
- High attention to detail
- Able to work independently, and within a small team
- Valid C-class Western Australian Drivers Licence
- Valid Police Clearance no more than 3 months old
