Retail Business Solutions is looking for a **part-time** Accounts Manager.

You will be working in the exciting field of independent supermarkets and similar retail businesses. The role is for 24-32 hours, with semi-flexible working days/hours. With the opportunity for full time in the future.

As an Accounts Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Clerical duties including banking, post office, filing, data entry
- Accounts payable and receivable.
- Payroll across a range of clients.
- General administration duties; contract changes, employment documents, policy updates, procedure review and company communications.
- Ad-hoc tasks as delegated from the Managing Director, and (with approval) senior management from time to time.
- Assist with maintaining company documents, ensuring all information is up to date.
- Basic office housekeeping, restocking office supplies, keeping common areas clean and tidy.
- Able to communicate with others in a professional and friendly manner in both verbal and written formats
- Enjoys interacting with others (client-facing) and working in a team environment
- Keen attention to detail
- Able to take instructions well and learn from experiences
- Experience with Google Drive
- Experience with Xero is required
- Organised and able to meet deadlines

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $38.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 32 per week
