- trained in the wide variety of roles they perform.

**Your new role**

Join NSW SES as the Manager Operational Policy In this role, you'll be at the forefront of shaping the future with dynamic policy initiatives that back our Agency and Government's commitments. As the manager of operational policy, you'll lead the charge, overseeing our policy and doctrine frameworks.

Your ability to manage projects, think laterally, solve problems, and engage effectively with stakeholders will be utilised daily, providing you an opportunity to develop and excel in these areas. You will be exposed to and play a key role in building relationships across government agencies and industry at both a state and national level.

**About you**

To be successful in this role you will:

- High level skills and experience in policy writing, data and research analysis, critical thinking and the practical implementation of organisational policy and operational doctrine
- Thorough knowledge of AIIMS principles and processes, and/or willingness to obtain competence within 12 months
