We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our Equipment team as a Service Administrator. You'll report to the Service Manager and handle service requests from our customers, responsible for providing administrative support, coordinating customer job cards, ordering parts, managing trade-ins and processing invoices to ensure the efficient and timely operation of the service department, and supporting the golf sales managers.

**What will you do?**
- Answer incoming calls providing product information and support to the customers
- Establishing and maintaining excellent business relationships with clients and dealers
- Managing the ordering, receipting and delivery of machinery and spare parts
- Ordering and recording all supplies needed to perform service duties.
- Prepare the pre-delivery of products by labelling parts with customer details and job number and compiling operator folders
- Organising transport for machine deliveries or pick-ups to ensure stock is promptly received by customers
- Promptly completing all paperwork regarding warranty claims, creating new jobs for warranty service bulletins and using Promadis and SAP

**What do you need?**
- Experience in an administrative support role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to establish effective business relationships with internal and external customers
- Excellent numeracy and literacy skills
- Highly organized and demonstrates a flexible and proactive approach to the work environment
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
