HAYS are currently recruiting for a Service Administrator to join a growing local government. Due to continuous growth, a full-time role has become available to join the team in a contracted position.

**Your new role**

As the Service Administrator, your day-to-day will include:

- Creating job cards via CRM's
- Front counter duties as required
- Registering vehicles for servicing
- Creating and maintaining bookings for equipment
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Assist with queries in a professional and timely manner

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Ability to work autonomously and follow procedures effectively
- Good communication skills and excellent phone mannerisms
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
