**ABOUT YOUR NEW EMPLOYER**
- Our client is an award winning and highly reputable Melbourne based travel agency looking for an experienced groups manager to come and lead their team.
- The department is going through an exciting growth phase as they expand their group bookings to include incentive and conference travel.

**THE ROLE**
- Manage and provide support to the Groups Consultants
- Identify and lead the growth of group sales revenue from new and existing group business.
- Be hands on and responsible for managing group bookings.
- Liaise internally with operations and sales departments
- Build long term successful supplier relationships

- Previous groups consulting experience
- Strong leadership skills
- Eventsair and Galileo skills
- Exceptional Domestic and International fares knowledge
