**Your opportunity**:

- Provide training to new starters as part of on-boarding process and current team members
- Create Project Management baseline
- Setup Financial Trackers, Risk Registers and Change Control Logs / Attend CRB meetings
- Establish Tools and Systems in support of ongoing project management delivery
- Monitor routine progress reporting, and support delivery teams in preparation and submission of accurate and timely reports
- Assist Technology Operations Programme Delivery teams in updating risk, issue and change control information
- Support Project Managers in monitoring project status and risks
- Provide coordination/administration service to program and project teams including
- Facilitate quality review process for programmes or projects, as necessary to comply with PMO processes

**What you’ll bring**:

- Previous experience in a project environment and reporting experience would be highly regarded, but is not essential
- Strong skills in the daily management of high volume, time critical documents with high accuracy
- Excellent communication skills (both written and oral)
- Excellent time management skills

**Ideally, you will also have**:

- Ability to work in a fast moving and changeable environment
- Ability to organise others and ensure process is maintained
- Ability to run a small size project
