About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead innovative web and mobile projects that improve clinical workflows, patient outcomes, and digital health infrastructure. As a Project Manager, you will be reporting to the Senior Project Manager and the Director, you will be responsible collaborate with clinicians, administrators, healthtech entrepreneurs, and our internal teams—including developers, designers, to bring impactful project progression. This role will involve the following duties but not limited to:
- Developing project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensuring that all stakeholders are informed of the project's progress.
- Define and manage project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- Develop detailed project roadmaps, sprint plans, and resource allocation strategies.
- Ensure key milestones are met and issues are addressed proactively
- Attending, organising & reporting: project progression, final inspection, and handovers.
- Coordinating and allocating resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure that they are used effectively and efficiently.
- Act as the main point of contact for healthcare clients, clinicians, and administrators.
- Oversee testing and validation processes to ensure software reliability and compliance.
- Prepare, manage, and update project documentation, specifications, schedules, contracts, and reports. Ensure all documentation is accurately filed and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
- Help maintain project schedules and ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Understand healthcare workflows, patient management systems, EMRs/EHRs, telehealth, practice management software, and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure projects comply with healthcare standards (e.g., HIPAA, HL7, FHIR, ISO 13485 and various other Digital Health Agency guidelines).
- Translate clinical and regulatory requirements into actionable technical deliverables.
Skill and Experience:
- At least a Diploma in project management and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare Technology, or related field is preferrable
- Has a minimum 2 to 4 years experience working as a Project Manager or Project Lead
- Is incredibly confident in communicating with customers.
- Excellent relationship management skills.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.

Employment: Full-time, permanent position
Salary: AUD 79,200 per annum plus 12% superannuation
