About the role

Our client who have been around for 25 years + are seeking an experienced Client-Side Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Barangaroo, NSW. As a Client-Side Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful delivery of complex construction projects, ensuring they meet our clients' strategic objectives and exceed their expectations. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects within the Construction industry.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing strategic leadership and project management expertise to support the successful delivery of construction projects
  • Effectively managing project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Collaborating closely with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to coordinate project activities and address any issues or challenges that arise
  • Monitoring project progress and performance, and providing regular updates to clients and senior management
  • Identifying and mitigating risks, and implementing measures to ensure project compliance with relevant regulations and standards
  • Fostering a positive and productive work environment, and providing guidance and support to the project team

What we're looking for

  • Extensive experience in client-side project management within the Construction industry
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex construction projects, from inception to completion
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, contract management, and project management methodologies
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to think strategically, problem-solve, and make critical decisions under pressure
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and motivating project teams
  • Familiarity with relevant construction regulations, standards, and safety protocols
