**The Role**:

- Working with the COO to action operations projects across the business
- Liaise and communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including brokers, underwriters and agencies
- Working as a conduit across multiple departments in the business including Marketing, IT, Compliance, HR & the Executive team
- Assisting with the creation and implementation of strategy across Sales, Marketing, Broking, IT infrastructure, Agency management and budget analysis.
- Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with both internal and external vendors.
- Manage the scheduling and prioritisation of projects and objectives across the business
- Provide support to the COO

**About You**:

- Prior experience working in general insurance
- Experience managing and delivering projects in an insurance sphere
- Experience supporting teams in the marketing, compliance, HR or IT space.
- Excellent organisation, project management and communication skills
- Prior experience in stakeholder management
- A project management qualification is not mandatory but highly regarded
