About the role
Based at our Mount Gravatt office in Queensland, this is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering medium and large-scale construction projects across our property portfolio.
As a Senior Project Manager, you'll be at the forefront of planning, managing, and delivering projects that shape the future of our stores. This role provides a clear pathway to management and will see you influencing stakeholders, leading project teams, and driving outcomes that matter to our business and our customers.

What you will do
You'll take ownership of projects from handover through to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and with minimal disruption to customers and store teams.
By collaborating with developers, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders, you'll drive innovation and efficiencies while embedding compliance, safety, and customer focus into every stage of delivery.
You will also
- Lead and coordinate diverse project teams including contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders
- Manage project planning, scheduling, administration, quality control, cost management, and safety
- Monitor progress against critical paths to deliver projects within approved timelines and budgets
- Prepare and negotiate contracts, ensuring compliance and strong commercial outcomes
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives in design, cost, and time efficiencies
- Provide effective communication and reporting to stakeholders at every stage of delivery.

- You're a proven project manager with a strong track record in delivering construction projects of scale.
- Known for your ability to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders, you combine technical know-how with commercial acumen and a results-driven mindset.
- You thrive in dynamic, customer-centric environments and are eager to grow into future leadership opportunities.
- You'll bring experience in managing high-performing teams and fostering a culture of collaboration.
