**We are a busy and dynamic business, looking for a reliable, committed, and professional team member.**

We manufacture and install high-quality, custom-made aluminum gates, fencing, balustrading, and privacy screens.

We require an enthusiastic, positive, customer-focused, and mechanically-minded member to join our team as an Installer Assistant. The role involves support to complete the installation of commercial and residential metal gates, fences, and balustrading in the greater Melbourne region.

**To succeed in this role**, you will have the following**:

- **Proven trade/handyman and power tools experience is crucial**:

- Mechanical aptitude
- Experience in manual hands-on work
- Excellent customer service and communication skills - English fluency is crucial
- Punctual, organized, and able to meet scheduling deadlines with great time management
- Able to maintain a safe working environment
- Cooperative with the senior installer and be proactive aiming to assist and support the whole installation process.

**License**:

- White Card (required)
- Driver's License (required)

- Salary: from $28.00 per hour plus superannuation - commensurate with experience.
