About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Solar CCTV Assembly Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling solar-powered CCTV systems, including fixed kits and mobile trailer units. You will work with low-voltage electrical systems and collaborate with a diverse range of customers across Australia.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble and wire solar CCTV kits and trailer-based systems
  • Install and test low-voltage electrical components and connections
  • Perform quality checks to ensure all assemblies meet safety and performance standards
  • Maintain accurate build records and documentation
  • Assist with occasional troubleshooting, repairs, or upgrades on existing systems
  • Work closely with team members and liaise with customers to meet project requirements
  • Support safe work practices and maintain a clean, organised workspace

About You

  • Practical hands-on experience with electrical or mechanical assembly (desirable)
  • Basic understanding of low-voltage DC electrical systems
  • Ability to read and follow wiring diagrams and assembly instructions
  • Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
  • Effective communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
  • Current driver's licence
