**About the Role**

**Duties**
- Proactively identify, cultivate, and manage a pipeline of confirmed bequestors and potential benefactors.
- Coordinate comprehensive communication and nurturing programs for donors, including mailings, digital campaigns, and personalised interactions.
- Maintain accurate records on CRM database and generate reports to inform strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with the events and marketing teams to organise targeted events and engage bequestors.
- Utilise volunteer programs to enhance the Gifts in Wills program.

**About You**
- Excellent relationship management and interpersonal skills.
- Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in utilising digital tools for effective donor engagement.
- Experience in fundraising, donor care, or Gifts in Wills roles is advantageous.
- Empathy, flexibility, openness to learning, and ethics are key skills in this position.

** Please note to be successful in this role you must hold a full NSW Driving license and access to a car **
