**Key responsibilities**
- Lead the development of communication strategies for prospective Gift-in-Will supporters and build relationships with individuals interested in supporting the organisation including a gift in their Will, including through online bequest platforms.
- Steward existing Gift-in-Will supporters and maintain ongoing engagement and supporter journey through multiple touch points.
- Ensure all activities undertaken are approved and meet brand guidelines.

**Key experience & Skills**
- 4 years + experience in gift-in-wills / fundraising / philanthropy or related field
- Proven experience managing relationships with donors and diverse supporter groups
- Proven success and proficiency in sales and negotiations with a track record in fundraising
- Experience with estate administration
- Experience in developing marketing materials and/or copywriting for donor communications
- Experience managing or contributing to phone and direct mail campaigns
