What you'll be doing?
  • Asset protection: Develop strategies to safeguard clients' assets and financial interests.
  • Complex estate planning: Create comprehensive wills and testamentary trusts tailored to clients' unique needs.
  • Incapacity planning: Assist clients in preparing for potential future incapacity scenarios.
  • Succession planning: Develop strategies for seamless transitions in companies and trusts.
  • Probate and administration: Guide clients through the probate process and estate administration.
  • Dispute resolution: Handle estate litigation disputes with professionalism and expertise.
Who are they looking for?
  • Experienced professional: Ideally, you'll have at least 5 years of experience in estate planning or related areas.
