**About the role**
Are you currently working in the import/export operations industry and looking for your next career opportunity? Do you love working in a fast-paced environment and have an eye for detail?
This role will see you supporting the team in the day-to-day operations of the export department to ensure that customer requirements are met. You will be collaborating with various stakeholders both internally and externally, acting as a liaison between all parties to ensure all relevant documentation is prepared in advance of shipping and transportation requirements.

**About you**
We’re looking for a self-motivated, customer focused individual with a solid understanding of shipping and logistics. You will possess strong administrative skills and will come with exceptional attention to detail.
This role would suit someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Minimum of 12 months experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment
- Freight forwarding/Shipping line/Cartage experience is essential
- Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with internal and external parties
- An appreciation and understanding of foreign cultures, customs and requirements
- SAP and BSM experience (desirable)
