**The opportunity**
We are currently on the lookout for a highly organised, open-minded, technically capable action taker to join our amazing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated professional, ready to make their mark, working with an industry leading HR consulting business.
**Your new role**
Working with a social and super supportive team, you will gain exposure to all areas of the business in this dynamic admin focused role. Your key responsibilities will include:
- The coordination, supervision and administration of online psychometric testing and reporting (used for recruitment, selection, training, and development)
- Fielding and responding to queries as the first point of contact for the HR team
- Supporting the Operations Manager with financial administration, including assisting with invoice preparation
- Assisting with the preparation of training presentation and participant materials for client workshops
- Providing day to day office coordination including maintaining office environment, supplies and equipment

**A bit about you**
- You’re an upbeat, systems oriented professional with at least 2 years’ experience working in a corporate/office environment
- You have outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Client focused and a real team player, you have a flair and passion for positive business outcomes
- You’re not afraid of documentation and have strong attention to detail, and you certainly don’t like to put things off until later
- You’re excellent at managing your own time and schedule; you don’t need someone watching over your shoulder to get things done
- You have a high level of initiative, energy, proactivity and self-confidence - you are always prepared to jump in to do what it takes for the team to deliver premium client service
- You have full Australian working rights, as sponsorship will not be offered for this role
