**About us**
Detailed Body Repairs is one of the most respected auto body repair shops based on the Northern Beaches. We are a Suncorp-approved and licensed repairer that has been operating for the last 15 years.
**About the role**
As an Assistant Administrator/Receptionist, your main focus is to maintain and process all administration for vehicles being repaired as well as liaising with customers, insurance companies and any other relative companies.
This position will require good communication and organisational skills. Although experience in customer-service related jobs would be preferred, it is not necessary. We welcome entry-level job seekers
This position is Monday to Friday 7:00 am to 4:30 pm.
**Tasks & Responsibilities**
- Answering and assisting with incoming phone calls
- Keeping our customers updated on parts delivery dates, vehicle completion dates or any expected changes
- Completing all required paperwork including invoicing
- Utilising Microsoft Office, auto body programs and accounting systems for record management
**Skills and experience**
- A fast and self-motivated learner
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Keen attention to detail and accuracy
- Punctual reliability
- **Previous Automotive Servicing and Maintenance Administration experience will be highly regarded but not required**
This position is only open to those applicants located within Australia.
Immediate start available, based in Brookvale, NSW.
Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
