**Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, your main tasks will include**:
- Processing weekly and fortnightly pay runs- Producing employment contracts and letters relating to payroll matters- Managing inquiries for payroll and some HR queries- Maintenance of changes in legislation and awards in line with compliance- Maintenance and management of accurate employee records- Onboarding administration relating to Payroll- Preparation of yearly PAYG payment summaries- Superannuation lodgement- Reporting - Payroll and HR

**To be successful in this role, you will need**:
- 5+ years of strong experience in a Payroll Manager role (retail experience highly desirable)- Relevant HR or Accounting experience and qualification- Experience using Time Target, Sage Micropay or HR Flare is essential- Advanced knowledge of General Retail Award 2010- Ability to collaborate with internal & external stakeholders- Ability to improve processes and streamline solutions- Solid written & verbal communication skills- High sense of urgency and is a strong team player
- Ability to meet deadlines and prioritise tasks
