**Office Administrator**
Trident Services is an industry leading provider of integrated services including cleaning and security services in retail centres and airports throughout Australia. We pride ourselves on the delivery of proactive, well managed service to our clients.
This role provides proactive support to the services and functions of Trident’s Head Office, including working closely with the senior management team and ensuring the seamless and efficient operation of the building’s activities. The role also actively assists Trident in supporting compliance with the quality management system and its associated processes.
**Duties Include**:
- Attend incoming phone calls and direct to appropriate contacts
- Greet and welcome visitors
- Provide support with key meetings
- Provide general administration support to management
- Provide document control support to ensure Trident’s documentation is named, formatted, and stored in accordance with its Document Control Procedure
- Book travel in accordance with procedure
- Monitor office and kitchen supplies and equipment to ensure correct functioning
- Event coordination (e.g. staff Christmas party, client functions etc)
**Experience**:
- 3-5 years’ experience in a similar position
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
