We are seeking a motivated individual to join the Canterbury Warehouse team in a Team Leader role. This position is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your knowledge of logistics and warehousing by contributing to a growing and fast-paced department.

**About the Role **

As the Warehouse Team Leader, you will be well organised, passionate about continuous improvement, and determined to ensure an efficient operation. In conjunction with the Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation of the warehouse department at Canterbury.

**Key Responsibilities Include**:

- Receiving regular deliveries whilst ensuring operational protocols are followed
- Storing fresh and frozen produce and beverage items in accordance with sanitation standards
- Processing deliveries through the inventory system to ensure accurate record keeping
- Coordinating the distribution of inventory across various departments and sites
- Coaching and providing guidance regarding workflow, standards, and expectations to team members
- Supporting the Warehouse Manager in various tasks

**About You **

To be considered for this opportunity, you will possess the following skills and attributes:

- Previous experience in logistics/warehousing
- Knowledge of Work, Health, and Safety regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Current drivers license
- Flexibility to work a rotating 7-day roster including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Work rights in Australia

**Desirable Skills, Qualifications, and Experience**:

- Food Safety Supervisor certificate
- Manual Handling certificate
- Forklift license
- Experience with an inventory system
- Understanding of beer reticulation system
