Canterbury League Club is seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Team Leader to join their fun and supportive team.

**About the Role**

This position is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your leadership skills and knowledge of the hospitality industry by contributing to a dynamic and fast-paced department. In this role, you will be required to undertake the following duties:

- Actively leading and coordinating the daily operation of Food and Beverage services, ensuring an efficient operation
- Leading, motivating, and coaching team members, ensuring relevant duties are completed in an efficient manner
- Ensuring processes, procedures, and policies are followed at all times
- Providing exceptional customer service as well as customer service recovery
- Ensuring and promoting a safe work environment at all times
- Adopting the Canterbury values in your everyday actions and inspiring others to do the same

**About you**

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- Previous experience in a leadership role, preferably in the Hospitality industry
- Ability to understand product and service offerings as well as customer needs
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Outstanding communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Self-motivated individual with a ‘can do’ attitude and eagerness to perform to the best of their ability
- Flexibility to work a rotating 24-hour, 7-day roster including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Valid NSW Competency Card (or willingness to obtain)
