**We are currently seeking a Team Leader to join our Food and Beverage leadership team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to**:

- Lead and guide the front of house Food and Beverage staff across multiple outlets
- Coordinate the daily functions of F&B services, ensuring an efficient operation
- Train and coach team members whilst monitoring and reporting on performance
- Provide exceptional customer service as well as customer service recovery
- Ensure processes, policies, and procedures are followed
- Actively promote and ensure a safe work environment

**About you...**

You will possess the following skills and attributes:

- Experience in a similar role or the desire to take the next step in your career
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience within a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work on a rotating 7-day roster
- Valid NSW Competency Card (or willingness to obtain)
