Belmore, Australia Kingstone Building Material Supplies Full time

**Join a growing and established building materials supplier in Belmore.**
We’re looking for a proactive **Warehouse Assistant** to join our team and support the day-to-day operations of our busy warehouse.

At **Kingstone Building Material Supplies**, we specialise in supplying roofing, rainwater goods, polycarbonate sheeting, aluminium, and custom metal fabrication. With a well-equipped workshop on-site, we handle everything from small custom orders to large-scale jobs.

**About the Role**:
This is a full-time, hands-on role working 5 days per week across a 6-day roster.

Your responsibilities will include:

- **Picking, cutting, packing, and dispatching customer orders** (heavy lifting involved)
- **Receiving and unloading deliveries** and reconciling delivery paperwork
- **Unloading monthly cargo shipments** and safely storing stock
- **Stock control and inventory checks** (basic spreadsheet use)
- Assisting customers with loading materials on-site
- Keeping the warehouse neat, organised, and safe
- Participating in **continuous improvement of inventory management processes**

**About You**:
We’re looking for someone reliable, hardworking, and eager to grow with us. You’ll enjoy working in a team environment but also be comfortable working independently.
- Previous warehouse or dispatch experience (preferred, but not essential)
- Physical fitness and comfort with **heavy lifting**:

- A current **forklift licence** (preferred but not required)
- **Basic computer skills** (using spreadsheets, tablets, or warehouse systems)
- Good attention to detail, especially with inventory and paperwork
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Chinese-speaking ability is **valued but not essential**

**Requirements**:

- Must have the right to work in Australia (Permanent Resident or Citizen preferred)
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- A current driver’s licence (preferred)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $63,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
