About the Role
This is a new role created through business growth and an evolution in our brand and marketing strategy. We have exciting projects planned and you will be responsible for the execution of the new marketing strategy and its ongoing evolution. You will report directly to the General Manager.
As our Marketing Manager you will be responsible for:
- The Brands, including their presentation and voice, stories and scripts
- The Plan, developing, evolving and monitoring a comprehensive plan to achieve marketing objectives
- Competitor analysis
- Reputation management
- Acquisition and retention of customers through optimising current strategies and developing innovative new ones
- Communications: eDMs, SMS, briefs and scripts
- Content Marketing: Blog, social, website content (including SEO & Google Ads [including backlinks])
- Social Media Management
- Increase digital presence
- Content Production and Design: you will be required to oversee and/or create banners and other branded visual collateral
- Identifying PR and Partnership opportunities, and working with them to help sell our message
- Managing Partners/Agencies that provide marketing services to the company
- Marketing Calendar: you will manage a calendar of marketing events
- Website (re)development
- Global expansion, new product/business launches and opportunity to scale (hyper-growth)
- Assist with Marketing funding schemes and grants
- Engaging the Directors on current and future marketing plans
Office and Hours
Our office is located in Caringbah/Taren Point NSW.
This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, standard business hours.

You will also have experience in:
Overall Marketing Experience - 5 years’ experience in brand, acquisition and growth marketing
FMCG - at least 3 years of experience with consumer facing product brands
eCommerce - deep marketing experience in an ecommerce business (you are also an avid online shopper)
Health - Experience in a health or wellness industry would be helpful, as would working in products or services for the disability sector and understanding the government nuances in health care and not for profits, and how to navigate these for growth
B2B Marketing - Or as we like to say it, B2B2C. You will have experience marketing to the end user, as well as to customers who may be purchasing for others
Your skills and training will include:
Tertiary education in marketing and/or communications
Exceptional English language skills (written and spoken)
Proficiency with all the common eCommerce tools such as Google Analytics and Excel
