You will join a team of 12 across brand, content, social and PR/Influencer all pushing boundaries creating sparkle and magic across our platforms and within our community.

This role is permanent 4-5 days per week.

As our
Brand Creative Retoucher & Editor
, you'll:

  • Retouch imagery across campaigns, social, look books, ecommerce and more (model and product shots)
  • Deliver advanced edits - colour correction, background clean-up, composition adjustments, product detailing
  • Maintain consistency across skin tones, colour, lighting, styling and overall brand aesthetic
  • Edit video content for social and campaigns (long and short form, including YouTube)
  • Collaborate with our brand creatives and design team to nail the vision
  • Keep our digital asset library organised, structured and accessible across teams
  • Help shape and uphold brand guidelines for imagery and video consistency

What you'll bring:

  • 2+ years' experience in a similar role (fashion, ecommerce, or creative studio ideal)
  • Proven experience as a Creative Retoucher specialising in Fashion, Beauty, Still Life, product photography, within a creative agency, e-commerce, or related field
  • Bachelor's degree in art, graphic design, photography, communications, fashion and other relevant fields.
  • Technical mastery of Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro)
  • Excellent time management and ability to juggle multiple projects at pace
  • An eye for detail and passion for creating visually stunning content
  • Energy, curiosity and a self-starter mindset - always chasing what's next
