This is a unique opportunity, which will see you gain experience across a broad range of HR generalist activities with a focus on talent acquisition.

This is an office-based role in St Leonards, NSW. We are looking for someone to be in the office 5 days - Monday to Friday - either full-time or part-time hours.

If you have a background in end-to-end recruitment and enjoy working in a collaborative, fast growing, fun team environment, then this could be the opportunity for you.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Assist with administrative functions for recruitment, onboarding and off-boarding processes of employees.
- Manage employee data within the new HRIS, ensuring the HRIS is up to date at all times.
- Assist with the preparation and maintenance of HR metrics data and development of required reports.
- 1-2 years’ experience in a similar internal role or recruitment agency.
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills, including strong attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise and manage own workload.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Experience using Jobadder (ATS Software) strongly desirable.
- Experience using Employment Hero (HRIS Software) desirable.
