We are currently recruiting for a **Fixed Term Contract**(6 months) in our Talent & Acquisition team.

About the role:
**Our expectations are that you will be able to**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with your portfolio stakeholders
- Track and analyse metrics throughout the recruitment lifecycle to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies, sourcing channels, and compliance processes
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures, supporting business partners in understanding these requirements

**A bit about you**:

- Proven experience in an internal talent acquisition role, ideally within a volume hiring environment
- Strong understanding of all aspects of the recruitment lifecycle
- prior **Workday**experience will be highly regarded
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Knowledge of and experience of working within the Aged Care sector is advantageous
