**Job Description**:
Reporting to the People and Culture Manager, as the Talent Acquisition Partner you will manage the full life cycle of recruitment from sourcing, screening, interviewing to background, education and reference checks, whilst partnering with leaders to build talent acquisition strategies, processes and capabilities to meet staffing requirements and build a pipeline for future roles.
Take briefings from and engage with hiring managers to understand role needs and recruitment plan at an individual recruitment level, whilst connecting to a deeper, ongoing talent pipeline strategy.
Develop and utilise expert knowledge of the people, teams, organisation and disability services industry to drive targeted and critical recruitment campaigns from mid volume to specialist hires.
Recruit up to 30 new hires a month, using your market knowledge, expertise and efficiency led recruitment processes.
Develop and implement future proof recruitment methods, processes, and systems for the business. Emphasising the need to align quality hiring trends with the continued growth needs of the business. Such as developing efficiencies in recruitment procedures and expanding in tech solutions.
Support hiring managers through a mix of training, coaching, and business partnership to achieve high quality hiring outcomes.
Further develop partnerships that enable talent attraction via third parties, referral networks, suppliers, tech enablement, schools and colleges etc for example.
