Collaborating with our Talent Acquisition Manager, you will own and manage the onboarding process and induction training for our new employees, helping to set them up for success.

**This role has an exciting career path into Talent Acquisition partnering. Over time you will have the opportunity to develop your TA skills and learn more about best practise recruiting. The breadth of this role will see you developed into a uniquely qualified Talent Acquisition Partner with both volume and corporate recruitment expertise, something that is uncommon in the recruitment industry.**

MaxLife Care is an amazingly successful startup, growing to over 420 employees in just 3 years. As a doctor led business, we provide premium medical, clinical and social care to people living with the most complex disability support needs.

Due to rapid growth, we are now undergoing a transformation to ensure a solid structure on which to continue the expansion of our NSW based team into Queensland and Victoria.

Teamwork is an important value that will see you enjoy the support of our P&C team as you partner with other teams across the business to help attract and onboard new team members.

**As part of our supportive P&C team, this role will see you;**
- Manage inbound referrals and website queries.
- Assist with he planning and organisation of group assessment s and inductions
- Create recruitment reports to help make data informed decisions and highlight the teams successes.
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations throughout the hiring process
- Collaborate with our Rostering team and Nurse Educator to ensure new employees successfully complete Induction and are ready to start their first shifts.

**You will also play an important role in business-wide projects;**
- The implementation of our new ATS including hiring manager support.
- Development of EVP and recruitment processes to attract talent across health and disability support as well as corporate roles.
- Creation of innovative employer branding initiatives with our Talent Acquisition Manager and Brand & Communications Associate.
