CRM Specialist

As a CRM Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to effectively manage and enhance relationships with customers. You will work closely with various departments, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to leverage the CRM platform and data analytics tools to drive customer engagement and retention.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and maintaining the CRM platform, including customisation, configuration, and data management.
- Developing and implementing CRM strategies to increase customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.
- Analysing customer data and behaviour to identify trends, opportunities, and insights for targeted marketing campaigns and personalised communications.
- Monitoring and optimising CRM performance metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in CRM, preferably within the fashion industry.
- Track record of delivering measurable impact via CRM acquisition and retention initiatives.
- Strong grasp on customer segmentation techniques
- Hands-on experience in managing and implementing campaigns through marketing automation platforms (Klaviyo).
- Confidence and experience in presenting to the senior management and marketing team with analytics, and gaining approvals. Up-to-date knowledge of local and international CRM and loyalty program trends.
