**Your new company**

This independent statutory authority, established by the Australian Federal Government, is seeking multiple Case Managers to join them for a 12-month period.

**Your new role**

You will undertake end to end case management activities, including working on complex matters and analysing these to develop options for early resolution. To assist in effectively resolving these matters you will obtain necessary information and advice as well as prepare documents detailing resolution options for reference in Case Management meetings. You’ll also be required to attend Case Conferences, Conciliations and Hearings.

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be successful you will be able to
- Manage a caseload
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to deal with confronting and complex situations,
- Provide empathy where required.
- Previous experience in a similar role will be looked upon favourably.
- You must be an Australian Citizen
