APS6 | Multiple Roles Available | Case Management | 12-month contract | Surry hills or Parramatta

**Your new company**

This independent statutory authority, established by the Australian Federal Government, is seeking multiple Case Managments to join them for a 12-month period.

**Your new role**- You will undertake end to end case management activities.- Working on complex matters.-
- Assist in effectively resolving these matters, you will obtain necessary information and advice as well as prepare documents detailing resolution options for reference in Case Management meetings.- Attend Case Conferences, Conciliations and Hearings.

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be successful, you will,
- Be able to manage a caseload and have excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
- Have exceptional communication skills and be able to deal with confronting and complex situations, providing empathy where required.
- Previous experience in a similar role will be looked upon favourably.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Have strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

**What you'll get in return**:

- 12-month contract
- Position based in Surry Hills or Parramatta
- Hybrid working arrangements.
- $60 per hour plus super.
- Multiple positions available.
