**Job description**

We are seeking 2 experienced property managers who are customer focused to work in our Norwest office.

**THE ROLE**:

- Work with a tight knit team
- Proactively communicate to clients both internal and external at all levels
- Arrange and conduct property inspections
- Conduct ingoing/outgoing inspections. Attend NCAT as necessary.
- Arrange and conduct property maintenance
- Organise and manage routine property visits
- Liaise with tenants for new leases and lease renewals and rent reviews

**SKILLS**:

- Minimum 1 years’ experience in a similar role
- Possess effective communication and time management skills
- Must have current drivers licence
- Must have own car
- Capable of learning new technology and systems
- Possess sound knowledge of local property markets
- Hold a current Real Estate Licence/ certificate
